Ben Seibert (he/him) is a dynamic and nimble arts leader, producer and production manager known for building consensus, nurturing strategic and focused plans of action, advocating for artistic ideals and cultivating an inclusive culture of belonging.
With over 25 years of experience in bringing arts productions to their full form he is a self-driven and inquisitive artist, facilitator, manager and collaborator. In his time with La Jolla Playhouse, Ben has contributed to the development of over 30 world premier musicals and plays including Disney's HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME, COME FROM AWAY, JUNK: THE GOLDEN AGE OF DEBT, INDECENT, SUMMER: THE DONNA SUMMER MUSICAL, ESCAPE TO MARGARITAVILLE, DIANA, Tectonic Theater Project’s HERE THERE ARE BLUEBERRIES and THE OUTSIDERS.
He has also worked with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, The University of San Diego, The Old Globe Theater and in dozens of theaters across the United States on tour. He began his career as a technician in the Chicago area after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre Arts from Barat College of DePaul University in Lake Forest, IL.
With the belief that anything is possible as a driving force, he brings a spirit of creation and play to his work.
Ann C. James (she/her) made her debut as the first Black Intimacy Coordinator on Broadway for Pass Over.
Broadway credits include: LEMPICKA, HAMILTON, PARADE (Tony Award 2023 for Best Revival) SWEENEY TODD, HEART OF ROCK AND ROLL, THE OUTSIDERS, JELLY'S LAST JAM. James’ company, Intimacy Coordinators of Color was just awarded a Special Citation from the OBIE Awards and The American Theatre Wing. Ms. James has partnerships with The Juilliard School, Fordham University, Adelphi University, New York University, Columbia University, American Conservatory Theater, Brown University, Trinity Repertory Theater, A.R.T./New York, and The American Repertory Theater at Harvard.
Dominic Antonio D’Andrea (he/him) - Lead Collaborator
Dominic Antonio D’Andrea (he/him) is a practitioner and consultant who specializes in disability, access, and inclusion; large-scale project planning for festivals, conferences, convenings, outdoor, and site-specific events; community-engagement strategies; creative caretaking and mental health advocacy.
For more than half a decade he was the Director of Community Engagement for Queens Theatre in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. At QT Dominic was responsible for programming presented works and leading in-house creative projects, creating community-engagement events and strategic partnerships, creating a 300+ project digital platform during the COVID years, and producing large-scale national events, festivals, and convenings.
He led or co-led large-scale national convenings for Accessibility in The American Theatre, The Forward Festival of The Arts (centering the work of Deaf + Disabled artists in theatre, dance, music, film, and circus), and a national convening for accessibility service providers at The Dramatists Guild Foundation.
Prior to his time at QT he created and led The One-Minute Play Festival (1MPF), the nationals largest and longest running community-engaged play festival, partnering with over 50 orgs including Primary Stages, A.C.T., OSF, WP & New Georges, Mixed Blood, InterAct, Honolulu Theatre For Youth, Perseverance, History Theatre, Trinity Rep, INTAR, Cornerstone, Kitchen Dog, Actor’s Express, among others.
He’s consulted or served as an accessibility coordinator for The Association of Performing Arts Professionals (APAP), Theatres in the National New Play Network, and ongoing engagements for independent projects, films, festivals, originations, conferences, and communications orgs.
Dominic is the son of immigrant parents, and hold an MA +MFA, and runs marathons all over the world. He lives in the Hudson Valley with his spouse and young daughter, Isabella.
